Topic: Mid 70's-82 Toyota Pickup, 4WD or 2WD, LONGBED

I'm looking for my next project, I really like the idea of turning a mid to late 70's toy pickup into a rockcrawler.  If anyone knows of a clean little stock truck sitting on a curb, or in someones driveway, please let me know.  Trying to go wheeling for as little as possible.  Thanks!

I will have an 83, short bed, 4x4 in about a month, no engine , no transmission or transfercase, no axles. This is in Tracy CA. Basically a frame and body.

Just curious, what are you asking $ for these two rigs.  Can you post pics!  I just might be in the market for a toyota soon!!

Thanks for all the info guys!  I actually just picked up an old flat fender heep, so its going to keep me busy for now.
