Internal Bead Locks

your talking about the spacer things that go inside the tire  to keep the beads apart and attacked to both beads of the wheel

i bet you could make some befor you find them

No, I am talking more so about the inflatable type like the stauns.

Just want to see what people know about the subject due to the cost.

I installed a set for a Landcruiser owner at work.  Other being a little difficult to install properly, they seem to work great!  Staun is the only company making them that I know of, but they are very well made and look like they'll hold up well.  Also, they act as a double-beadlock, which is nice on a reverse centered wheel.

If you're dead set on your wheels, and don't want to go to a regular beadlock, they're a nice alternative.  If it were me with your wheels, I'd send them to Champion and get some bolt on beadlocks welded on.  Then again, with your skills, You'll probably just do it yourself...

I could go with regular beadlocks, but like you said they hold both beads and will give an extra cushion before you hit the wheel.

I didn't like how much of a pain they are to install and hoped there was someone else making a similar product with a better design.

 To my knowledge (which we all know is greatly limited), Staun is the only one making that type of beadlock.  Your Swampers will make it difficult, but if you're patient, they'll work great!

I just searched Pirate the other day and not to many guy's were impressed by the staun inner beadlocks.  There was one fellow who had used two street bike tires inside each wheel, this required two extra valve stem holes in each wheel, and the tubes where only $12ea.   He said he run down his 42's to 3 psi and have 15-20 psi in the two inner tubes, and never had a problem, this seems cheap and according to this guy they worked well.  I am not sure what I am going to do.

Hutchinson...for the type of money they want for those Stauns, I would spend a bit extra and get Hutchinsons.

Ah, many would say to stay away from USA 6x6.
I still like Hutchinson...Would have em if I could justify spending that kinda money.
