Thinking about running the 7m. and a rear mounted radiator to help with clearance issues. not sure if that is a good idea on a crawler.

here is what i have been up to.
pics of the BMW that i am building a roll cage, and trading out the work for a tubing bender a compresser and all th tube to do an exo skeleton. yes it is an m5.
first is the BMW
second is the bender it is a jd2
third is the old roll cage that got cut out. free 1.5 .125 wall Dom
fourth is my new crawl box from marlin :ha_ha: :ha_ha:

i painted my truck ninja turtle green. i got snohman's motor on the way. pics of the new goodies i got for the motor. marlin ceramic clutch and 1600 lb clutch plate. a spool for the front front axle gusset knuckle ball gusset triple drilled flanges for the front. i am planning on getting power assist steering some time next week.

7mge with a rear mount radiator sounds good too me.  My freind has a rear mount radiator in his 22re crawler and as long as you have a electric fan on it and a ground strap on the radiator to prevent electrolisis.  The real benifit of a rear  mount radiator that I see is you wont have to cut your radiator core support to find a new way to mount the radiator with a 7MGE swap  :thumbs:

go the cab on to day and i have 14 sticks of 2" cromoly tube and 9 1.5" sticks of dom that just showed up at the house today free to me, just have to build a cage in a bmw.

got somthing done on the nija transmission and transfer cases are in had to do some serious cutting in the cab and put a 1.5 inch body lift in so that it would fit ok. pics of the motor with propand set up in. and got a new starter and oil filter.

axle is a little bit far back trying to decide if i am just going to go with the marlin rear kit with piviot blocks.

allright i need some input from you guys i have to move my axle forward in the rear and i was thinking that i should just go ahead and get some new springs because i have the money and longer springs couldent hurt. i was thinking on useing marlin rears and making a set of shackels like the ones that they sell at total chaos that mount on top of the frame and building my own johny joint's on the top end of the shackle like all poo's and maybe spring piviot blocks. i dont know how to make a poll but i need some input

got my new tanks in the mail yesterday 28 gallons should keep me going on long camping trips. and some pics of the new spring hangers 3/8 plate might be over kill but it was all i had at the time, beefcake!!
