pics of the new stuff. rear axle rebuild kit front wheel bearing kit front and rear shackle kit because the work truck stole the old ones. bump stops new tripple drilled flanges to replace the ones i barrowed, custom tcase block off plate and a bunch off extra drive shaft bolts.

i am looking for the measurement of the spacer needed to use ifs hubs with fj rotors? i didnt want to start antother thread so please let me know. i saw it once before but i cant find it and bogger runner used a 3/4 spacer but im not sure that is the exact thickness or not.

You could make some cash if you made extras.

i can make them but i just need customers up front other wise buying all of the material is not going to be worth it.

i used a 3/4" spacer but u need to make it an 1/8" thinner, i had some wheel spacers layin around that i used, and i had to shim the caliper an 1/8" forward. prolly not the best setup, but i didnt have to spend $200 for the it, actually i didnt have to spend anything on it, i had all the junk layin around my garage. i have a couple friends wanting to do this conversion, so if u make some extras, shoot me a price. ohh and i used the 14mm bolts off my old t-case when i did duals and triples, the bolts where the perfect length, but there is only enough off each case for one side. good luck

What are you doing to help your truck survive 42 inch tires? I see you are gonna get a high pinion and you have a V6 rear. What are hubs? What do you have for a tranny and cases?

ok boys and girls it has been way to freakin' long sense i have worked on this thing. but i got some goodies finally. i have been through so many different truck lately and now i should be back on track. i battled the loan companys for two and half monthes trying to buy my house from my parents without having to sell all of my toys and i have finally won. i was supposed to make out with a bunch of extra money to finish ths beast but they lied to me and i got my hopes up to soon and was let down in the end. so i bought the house from my parents and have to make all of the payments because my wife that i cant marry untill she is done with college (she gets a 75% discount on tution because her dad works for the university and if we get married she cant get the discount).
i am selling ever other toy except this one because we just bought me a new wrx wagon for my comuter and it is fast as hell stock. so this is going to get finished hopefully soon because the wife can pay the rent and most of my bills are close to payed off and i am getting a rasie in june and my b-day is in 13 days and all my presents are money or parts for this thing.
got plenty of pics at home to show off so when i get home i will post them.

now here is the good news and real progress with pics. my truck is on all fours and my engine is at the machine shop.

pics of the rear setup inspired by the marlin formula toy. i am going for as low cog as possible i still have to do tons of tube work to reinforce every thing and build my piovot blocks. i removed the same two springs that big mike did. i inboarded them to match the front and i used larger 1 1/2 bushings insted of the smaller stock ones for the rear shackle hangers for more flex possibly.

started on the main hoop and lots of other stuff. have lots of pics but they all suck cause the girlfriend didn't know how to get what i wanted. so the only pic i have is of us flexing it out on the tow truck i was repairing there is plenty more and that is only 36" up.

what picture hosting site is the best i had to crop the crap out of the pic to make it work.
