E-brake and Auto's
« on: Mar 16, 2006, 01:16:01 AM »
Does anyone out there make a t-case e-brake for an automatic 1985 4Runner?  I just installed disc brakes in the rear and had to ditch the stock stuff.
Will the one made for a 5 spd t-case work on an auto?

I'd say if when installing the ebrake it doesn't require messing with the flange it would be no different. I used a 5 speed driveshaft as a spare for my auto 4Runner and it was no different. I'm thinking that the ebrake goes between the flange and driveshaft if this is the case you should be able to do it.
