Figured i'd post a pic of my rig.

1982 pickup, 22R engine swap, 4.7's w/twin stick, 3" front, 63's rear, 33x10.5 BFG KM1's, Square front driveline, Marlin full rebuilt front axle, Weber 32/36, Hi-steer.  Grille swap was from a 1979 Limited editon pickup #602 of 1,089. Got it from a friend of mine.

I've done the complete build myself with the help of friends. Lockers are next on the list.

How it looked when I got it in June of 2012.
DD - 2013 GMC Sierra SLE Ext Cab 4x4 5.3

Beater/Crawler - 1982 Shortbed Pickup: 3RZ swapped, 4x4, Bobbed 8", 5.29's, IFS rear w/chromoly shafts and Grizzly Locker, Spartan front, 1.5" spacers front, 35x12.5 MT/R Kevlar, hi-steer, '79 grille & headlight swap, half doors.

Lots of little progress on mine....no tags yet but it should pass smog fine  :crossed:. The swap is done and all the guages, lights, etc...work as they should. I use it to jam down the street from the shop to get sandwiches just about everyday, and I am looking forward to buttoning it up and DD it! Just gotta find the time....

i want the front axle so bad, wife said no, the balls were SO PERFECT, but the truck .... only 30,000 miles logged then sold to old man, then zr2runner bought it, I needed the cab for the frame i Bought  so I drove 11 hours to get it, needs alittle rust work on the side pan, But nothing worth scrapping   so clean on the inside, Ill get more photos
