Offroad compared to the mall parking lot.

since the general pop here doesnt liek me, ill say mall crawling ;) i can do that with a 4x2.... i go mudding and play when i can, but my truck spends 95% of its life on the streets, so its baja @ 50 over the railroad tracks to catch air :)

My favorite is usually trails that nobody goes on.

My best trip so far was a 35 mile trail from Tuolumne to Yosemite, took about 8 hours and not a soul out there.

:dunno: its all fun, from kicking up gravel on a county road to powering through the thick, gooey mud   cleanup on the other hand...

I like the longer trails that don't have a lot of people.  The ones that aren't necessarily real hard, but take time and let  you enjoy the wheeling.

I love mud, grew up in it, but my truck doesnt like it, so I gotta stay out

I like trails the most that have varied terrain. Rocks strewn about in some areas, hillclimbs with plenty of goey mud, off camber and tight sections. Maybe it is because that is what there is in the midwest. Usually plenty of full throttle banzai runs at steep muddy obstacles.  :burnout:

:haha:

I know the feeling, used to have this water crossing at Deep Creek in SBNF came down the hill a couple years ago and they had built a bridge across it. I sat there for almost 2hrs. just totally bummed. Not only did they ruin it now mom could drive the Tercel across.

I love mud. There is no substitute for gooey, nasty stciky mud. I also like rocks, but I keep coming back to the mud. I am all set with the tight off camber trails. Last time I tried that I got stuck between two trees on the side of a hill. I couldnt back out, so I spent 2 hours cutting the trees, which wernt that thick, with my leatherman. It was not very fun, plus I lost both my mirrors and smashed both door, 1 front fender and dragged a huge dent down the legnth of my truck. Pretty much ruined the body. I know that chicks dig body damage, but this was beyond body damage. This was carnage.

Gotta say I am one of the few who could do without rocks, even though I have a natural rock garden soroudning my house, I perfer loose terrain, mud, hill climbs, sloppy, gnarly off camber trails, tight trees, logs, stumps, water crossings, Love the snow, I could play in sand and have more fun than in the rocks.

Not saying i will avoid rocks, i grantee I will take my Toy to the rocks when it's done, I just don't get my kicks there.
Really I even enjoy, urban wheeling; flexing on loading ramps at the wearhouses, drifts when its wet out, light post climbs, yard jobs..oops :lipsrsealed: did I say that out loud

I think we all can vouch and say that anything is fun in our Toy's, even if you don't like dirt under your finger nails you got to admit that flinging the ooey gooey ten feet in the air with a 20 ft roost is fun :rockingout:

 I'm out-   :fakeflip:
