Why would you replace a perfectly good DOHC engine that holds its fluids with a 1950's technology pushrod oil-leaker?
  :rofl2:

Looks good...when you gonna start breaking stuff with it?

You should be able to break all kinds of stuff with that.  Are you going to have room for a big enough radiator to keep it cool?

IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

We'll have to see.... I think the front 60 will be safe with only a 39.5 Irok but the rear is an experiment. It's a 9.5" ring gear semi-float 14B out of an H2. For all intents and purposes I think of it as a glorified 12B. It's got the big ass 14B shafts, they just neck down at the carrier. I got it for a smoking deal at the shop I used to work at so I figured I'd give it a try.

No better way to test it's limits :_order:

Some idiots are too busy knowing it all, to ever learn anything...

IronClad

yer axles should be just fine.. those semi float 14bolts are stout as hell... id lovvveeeee to have a ramjet 350 in my truck.. i need me some v8 power.. the 4 banger aint cuttin it.  i just dont know how long my 10bolt/12bolt would survive lol

I didnt realize you had bigger axles, I was thinking more like Toyota  :dunno:   Still breakable though

Suprarunner

I'm wondering what the next weak link will end up being... I hope the t-cases will hold. I like my dual cases!

whiteman

I hav heard that the Toy case's do fine under V8 power, pretty sure dual cases dont help but what the heck, sell them to me and buy an Atlas III

alwayzbroken

Has anybody ever got a big block to fit in a Toyota pickup with a bed mounted radiator?

Jason, I am coming to your house to check that thing out! I have a new toy too. Inquiring minds must know...where is the new facility going to be? Let me know when you guys are moving out and I will come help you guys move into your new place. I got a trailer (double-tandem axle:7000lbs weight capacity). Besides, you know I am gonna check it out the new place anyway. Is it still going to be in Dora/Sumiton?
