i looked at the LC website and they were recomending the cam kit, what all did you buy with yours. do you think the whole kit is necessary, or can you just get the cam itself and be fine?

kit ??   oh  ok,  the one with the dual springs and titanium thingys,   nope  i had dual springs but they caused too much wear for normal driving,  if you are racing then its a must,  when i was running dual springs  i ran  over 7000 rpm with ease,  Yes  7000,  on the highway in 3rd,  dont ask me how fast i was going cause my speedo only went to 85

my cam is the .460 lift cam,  ,  you do need new rockers,   but you can get them from your Napa

but when i got the motor it cam the same cam you have...there wasn't time to swap cams so im picking it up next down week. hope i can get up to 7000rpm.
