I don't need to disassemble the t-case to make the twin-stick conversion right?? I've got the GRSII, so the little ball is removed already, so I should just need to remove the spring clip thingy. If, so, then I'm twin stickin' it this weekend.

I got all exited about doing it last weekend, but I went wheeling instead. Right now I'm looking for another shifter. The Suzuki stealership has one for $50, but I don't want to pay that much.
