i dont know to much about drive line angles, but the shaft angle on the back of the t-case looks way too steep, i dont see u-joints lasting too long in there expecially with the 7mge power

I've seen worst, Thats just a stocker cut down, The good one i'm going to make will have double CV to help the t-case side and the axle end is good though.

Ya, i havn't done much, I've kinda got burned out working on it. I decided I need to win the lotto and buy, about 40K $$ worth of shop tools like a shear, a car lift and all the other good stuff. but someday. anyways I plan on working on it this week.

I bought spring plates from www.broncograveyard.com, that are made just for the spring I got. I used 66-77 springs, and from flexing in the shop they seem awesome, but we'll see.

I used to run bronco springs on the back of a 95 nissan pathfinder I had.
They were a bit too stiff for my liking. Maybe with more weight in the rear they might be ok for a ride. In this application I guess ride quality doesn't really matter since it's a trail rig.

I got the superflex series, there supposed to be alot softer, than a stock or the superlift springs. plus I have the cab moved back and the spare tire, gas tank, dual batterys , moved as far as back as possible. so I'm hoping thats not the case.
