Broken Detriot Internals
« on: Nov 01, 2005, 05:21:13 PM »
So i finally got around to taking apart my broken Detriot Locker.  Not as bad as i thought.  But i did find some broken pieces and a few metal shaving/pebbles.

Inside of one of the sides

Inside of the other side, pretty chewed up on the lip.

All the pieces inside.

what it looks like after you take the two halves apart.

One broken part, all 15 of the inside teeth are broken off.

the other side broken part, 6 of the 15 teeth are broken off.

The metal shaving/pebbles.  put my index finger in there to you know how big they are.

I bought it used so i don't think there is a warranty.  I already replaced it with a welded diff.  I am bored as hell in roseville.  I work on the weekends now, but i still have nothing to do after school through the week.

I just sent Tractect an email about it to see if it is under warranty.  I will wait and see what they say about.

Hyena,

I don't plan on it if it costs money.  but if it under warranty (not likely) then i will try and fix it then sell it.
