So i finally got around to taking apart my broken Detriot Locker.  Not as bad as i thought.  But i did find some broken pieces and a few metal shaving/pebbles.

Inside of one of the sides

Inside of the other side, pretty chewed up on the lip.

All the pieces inside.

what it looks like after you take the two halves apart.

One broken part, all 15 of the inside teeth are broken off.

the other side broken part, 6 of the 15 teeth are broken off.

The metal shaving/pebbles.  put my index finger in there to you know how big they are.

RIP Gatekeeper you will be missed!

you really are bored in roseville aren't you brad.  I know how it feels, I really have no more friends left in sonoma.  Nice carnage

MiniSimp

Holy hell there is a lot of parts to that thing!
Here's a hook up for ya: http://www.offroadlockers.com

I bought it used so i don't think there is a warranty.  I already replaced it with a welded diff.  I am bored as hell in roseville.  I work on the weekends now, but i still have nothing to do after school through the week.

Hyena

I just sent Tractect an email about it to see if it is under warranty.  I will wait and see what they say about.

WHITE_TRASH

No warranty.  You broke an axle thus taking out the detroit.  ;)
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

I don't plan on it if it costs money.  but if it under warranty (not likely) then i will try and fix it then sell it.

Hyena

I got an email from tractech today.  the guy that handles this is in SEMA and won't be back untill the 17th or so.  I guess i have to wait untill then for a responce.

Shamb

atleast they didn't flat out tell you your SOL.
