T-case gear install??

I have just recently ordered my 4.7's and twinstick, I'm trying to go wheelin this wknd and have limited time to work on my truck-afew ques-How long do ya think reassembly will take(I'll have it all torn apart b4 the stuff ever gets here-then its crunch time)?---Is it as bad as it looks in the directions??haha----and is this stuff going to come with detailed directions or would it be best to print them off?? it took me about 2 hours to put mine in while drinking about 4 beers.  but i had the 4:1 gear set.  i didn't have to grind the aluminum case but i did have to grind one of the shifter shafts.
1985 4runner on 35 boggers.  22re, W56 tranny, daul cases with 4:1 in the back case, ford f150 fronts with 63" chevys in the back, cross over steering, full width chevy axles with detroit back and ARB front,

Grind the inside of your case now, then all you have to do is put it all back together when the gears show up.
Towards the upper middle of the low range gear box are two oil channels. One on each side. Grind the inside edge of them until you get pretty close to the edge of the channel.
Even if they don't fit right away, you'll already have a head start on the grinding and it wont take too long.
It actually doesn't take all that long anyway.
A large grinding wheel chucked up in a drill press works pretty well.

Thanx for the tip fireball, Hadn't even considered that method but seems like it would probably work better than what I was thinkin. So does anybody know about the directions that come with the stuff? Teardown tommorrow, after I get my budbuilt tierod in-damn that thing is BEEFY(and heavy :rivers: )
