also, i never put up how i re-did my entire tcase xmember setup. its got 5 runs on it and holding up really strong. so strong in fact i ripped the chains apart on my motor mounts. i really need solid motor mounts up front now.

the plate is 1/2" laser cut welded onto some 1/4" tubing with bushings at the ends.

its still cheaper to run the toy cases. factor in the atlas price, then the adapter to run one and then re-modding the truck to fit it underneath. its cheaper to polish the turd a little more and more importantly, just gear the damn axles.

True it is alot but how much $ you think callen has into his toys and all the work re building them every other trip.  Also your right about the axle gears I think that makes the biggest difference

your better off going through the 60 pages cause he hardly get on.... If it is pictured with yota axles then keep going through the thread. if the tons are under it then back track and find out what he wrote up about it.........

it hasnt really costed us anything. just time on the trail fixing them. we have tons of stock outputs laying around so once i broke one and he broke we threw stock ones back in on the trail. when we got home we ordered up some longfield chromo's. ive been really abusive on that thing and its been holding up. ive had the tires bound up countless times. callens most costly break was the 4.7s but marlin really came threw on replacing his. even if you add up a built to the tilt chromo'd out toy case its still over a $1000 away from a nice atlas. not counting the new adapter you need to.

haha.

i pulled the skid plate down just half way to take a look at the tcase. i would have taken the whole thing off but it weighs a 100lbs. and i wasnt in the mood to get all greasy. the whole front of the case broke pretty much in half at the output. i can move the front driveline around some and move the flange and gear with it.

as far as working on this thing, i dont keep the truck at my house. i keep it out at a friends with there rigs. they have to move out of their place this weekend or the next, so my truck has to be moved back to my parents (with no tools what so ever) im not sure when i can work on this thing and the 3 link is FAR on the back burner now. im not working anymore either and im trying hard not to sell my coilovers. :( but im broke.

Damn, all that news sucks! :(

Hopefully you get some stuff to go your way soon and you can get the Maroon Kaboom back up and running.
