Free Photo Editor, a Full Version

Here is a full version free photo editor. I understand it is simple to use so you guys that are computer dorks can even re-size your images to post here. I have never used it but others that have told me it is great. It is from google and the only thing I'd watch for is extra's that google may sneak in as a bundle.
