The best pic of the weekend.....Changing the oil in the new stroker motor, after surpassing the 500 mile break-in mark, on the 480 mile trip to ohiopyle....HAHA, an hour later, its bouncing off the rev limiter in the mud making the driveshaft look like monkey metal.....this pictures only shows the hardcore devotion that i am proud of myself for having, on the first morning in ohiopyle in october

who is this "captain" and why was he in you? I didnt think you swung that way.  :stopit:  the pictures are suh- weeeeeeeeet. i want to go right  now. anyone interested?? was it fun when you locked up that caliper?  you will love the new slotted rotors and ceramics . night and day difference in steph's jeep.

marky mark

well i'm actually on marlin right now haha. yea scott we definetly had fun that night. nothin beats a night run up firetower. pics are definetly sweet, that was a hell of a wheelie we did on the brushguard  :smack:. well seeing as how i found a nice crack in my frame i think im gonna go fix that today. after that maybe i'll post some pics of the cougar later today so yinz can see it. im gonna pull the motor preety soon and clean it up. aight im out. later

Mac5005

That was definitely one of the best night trips i have ever had.....and it was so awesome to enjoy the ride instead of worrying about driving or breaking something....that wheelie is like best ive ever seen, i wanna see the guys on crotch rockets do that with a "chopper"....haha....yeah it is a complete night and day difference with the new rotors and pads, the jeeps stops better that the 4runner now, and it stops better now than when i bought it....mark, if ya still got that xtra 8.8 around, id like to get the rear disc setup if you have the xtra parts, and do more investigating to see if i can drilled and slotted rotors for the back...if not then ill prolly get a conv. kit and run slotted on the back as well...ive see a couple kits advertised for mustangs......also....im gonna buy a setof bfg mud terrains, or another off brand radial mud terrain to drive on the street with as well as some alum rims just to drive aroun most of the time with, but im keepin the swampers for when i come up there....hahaha....shane, im doin the rear a-arm on top of the axle soon, i have really bad torque steer, due to the axle twisting right to left, and making one tire squat while lifting the other side, causing one tire to be taller, and on to be shorter, which is causing the yaw when throttle is applied......found this out the other day on some dirt.....left on 16.5" imprint and one 12" wide imprint coming from the back tires.....that in combination with axle wrap is causing the yaw....so first the a-arm on the top of the axle, if that doesnt help, then two lower links and fully float the leaves usiing a shackle at each end, and if still a problem, then a rear detachable swaw bar  (hmm.......using a currie antirock? or similar....maybe?) to help keep the axle from twisting from left to right, causing the lift and compress on oppostite sides, due to the rotational force of the drive shaft........i really want to get it more street friendly that way i can make longer road trip to hit the trails...(Wellsville?????), and make it more driver friendly when migrating to ohiopyle, and the CBG.....ill keep on posted to keep this thread alive........ :driving:  :flamer:  :_order:  :beerchug:  :inthedark: to come....i will  :phone: yall soon.......later
