well its time to put that lc engineering motor in my 85 turbo truck. what prismo and i are trying to do now is make this truck a non turbo. if i get a computer and harness can i still use my turbo intake parts? will the harness match up to the harness inside the cab of the truck? can i use the non turbo injectors in the turbo manifold if used with the non turbo harness? the reason for this is the truck did not have the original ct20 on it. it has a air reasearch m10 w/o a water cooling. so i want to switch over to regualr n/a. anyway here are some pics of our progress

Damn, that some nice chit right there...I want one.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

why don't you want it to be turbo?

the truck didnt come with the ct20 on it like it should have. it has a garret t2 on it without the water cooling. my new motor also puts outs 9.8 compression so detination would be a biotch

anyway i got all the parts to make it a non turbo. i have a new lcengineering header(believe it is), complete 86 efi, harness and computer. got the lower intake on, motor mounts, and other misc stuff. robbing all the cool turbo stuff and put it on to, like the oil cooler :bling:. will get pics tomarrow. tomarrow finish bolting up the upper intake and harness, slap the marlin clutch on and set her in(the goal at least).
