Aaaand Lilbuddy wins!! :clap2:

I was wondering who would mention it first :hammerhead: Yer right, I did need some help from the boards.  I couldn't possibly do it with muddy tires on both vehicles and no front driveshaft :thud:

Yes the back is very stiff.  I have the stock Amigo springs still, but I have some 4" USA springs lined up I plan on picking up next week :woohoo: Those and some extended shackles should eliminate the blocks and help the flex a bit

I don't think that the marlin springs are gonna be the right spring for you.  Those are designed for a full bodied toyota truck or 4runner and you amigo weighs alot less than one of those.  We put a set of those on RHGs truck and the pack is like 3.5" thick and has a huge arch to it.  I'd say your better off with some sort of junkyard hybrid spring packs from like a mazda or something.  I maybe search and see what the jeep guys are running. just my  :twocents:  :dunno:

I think it already has Marlin springs on the front, and you can always toss out a leaf or 2 if it is a little light. I don't think it will be a problem, look at all the Toys running around with no beds running them.

has yota rears on the front of it..  and i think the marlins are gonna be to stiff aswell  id deff go for a nice soft junkyard pack  like some dodge 1/2ton springs.. they are about  50-52" long  and have great flex.

i got marlins 4" springs front and rear and there pretty soft, then again i got some extra junk in the trunk..i mean tools, parts and spare tire and my fat ass..you would think those springs would work perfect on a toymigo.just wait till they springs settle a little, then it will flex like the macho man randy savage....ooohhhh yyeeeaaahhh. :beerchug:

Let's see here, where to start:

As for the Amigo being a LOT lighter than a toyota, that's not true.  You'd be surprised how heavy this thing is.  Hmm, the 4" Marlin springs I'm hoping will make up for the 3" blocks and the very short shackles that I have on the rears.  I think if I have any problems it's gonna be that they aren't tall enough, and I'd either have to lengthen the shackles or lower the front. I am going to give em a shot and see how they look.  Being brand new, they have some settling to do :crossed:

And yes, they're stock toy rears up front :yesnod:

I haven't persued it because I had a couple bills come up that I didn't know about  :smack: But I had emailed the guy last and he never did reply :dunno: But if he sold them, oh well.  I snoozed, and prolly lost.  BUT they're still in the plan whether I get em from some private party or through Marlin :yesnod:

Well, I'm pretty sure if I...he for some reason doesn't use them in their project then you'd have first dibs, but right now it looks like they'll be used.
