IFS Gears. Interchangeable?

 :headscratch: I was just cuirous if you could interchange the ring and pinion gears out of an IFS housing into a Solid axle housing?  Are the gears the same size?  Help me please.

no the gears are not interchanable in the front.

IFS front is a ~7.5" ring & pinion. The rear is an ~8" ring & pinion.

you could find a 2wd that has the 7.5  rear and use that axle,  but you'd have to change the axle shafts also nd i dont know ifthe 7.5 is 30 spline
