Wow...
I used to spend many enjoyable hours a week here on the forum and "sandbox". It was fun and interesting reading all the posts and commentary.

Getting up into our older age does include some unavoidable sadness and loss.  Over the last 10 years my wife and I know of 24 different people who have passed away.

I'm still hanging in there and working on extending my life span. Mostly good diet, exercise, and de-toxing my body.

My 1986 Xtra cab is still on jack stands in my garage. The engine needs to be replaced. I visited LC Engineering and discussed a 22RE rebuild. I'm unsure today whether I want to buy a rebuilt and do all the labor to install it?.  I may decide to sell it as is.

As some of us have mentioned, the change in the forum seems to have affected the participation. It doesn't have the same feeling of involvement.

It's nice to see some of the long-time members here.  I hope you all are doing good and surviving or thriving.
Remember... regarding your well-being... 50% in DNA, you can't change that very much. Although with the new activity in Epigenetics, some genes can be turned off and on.  10% of our well-being is accidents or just unexpected events.  That leaves 40%... that is what we have CONTROL of. 40% of our well-being we can change, usually based upon our choices.

Happiness is a place between too little and too much.

Wishing you all the very best.
