'85 Window Down
« on: Jan 04, 2024, 03:38:19 PM »
My drivers side window is down for the count. I haven't dug into it yet but, the below video seems to be exactly what my problem is and what I need to do to fix it. Dude mentions he's used all kinds of adhesives and never found one to actually work and to just go buy another window. Has anyone had any better luck with adhesives? Anyone found something that works well? I'd really like to just reuse the glass that's not broken. Let me know. Thanks.

Windshield adhesive should work to glue the rubber back into the track, something like 3m Window-Weld.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up using some e6000 adhesive and it’s been holding up well so far.
