The once again..How to post pics thread.

I am stumped on how to post pics . I am on a COMPAQ computer with MSN and a dsl hook up If that will help.  I have already resized the pictures to 640x480 if thats the right size but I cant seem to figure out how to get them into the post.  I clicke on the icon for inserting an image but all it said was [img][img].    . I cant even e-mail them to my self. I need to back to buck'in hay I cant stand these computers

Ya need to click on additional options click on browse and then just locate the pic click open and than post
