Out in the woods
« on: Aug 19, 2016, 04:27:22 PM »
Just a thought,I keep hearing about wheelers/campers trashing our favorite trails, campgrounds. It's a sad comitary of the way people treat the land and others..
I always try to haul out more then I bring in,drown and bury the fire, and most importantly try to leave an area better then when I found it.I'm sure many feel the same.
Always live by the moto," Would your mother approve of this". LOL

There are many like us that actually care about the areas that we enjoy.  :usa:
Shame on the few that choose to ruin it for the rest of us.  :punish: I make a point to do the same when I am out. Even if it is only one bottle or can.
SqWadoosh is a great example to follow.  :ladys-man: Stops on the trail for every piece of trash he can find. Also this is great because it allows Me to catch up to him  :driving: , LOL.

SqWADoosh [04:19 PM]: *sigh* I guess Chris is right and I just need to wait until I'm in a place where I have a tow rig and trailer before I get this caliber of truck
Mudder [08:28 PM]:   not try to be a jerk, but are you serious bestgen?
Prismo [06:11 PM]:   Done, time to relax or as Bestgen says....FREEDOM!
HogCanyonHopper [06:54 PM]:   I like my little rod. it gets the job done
H8PVMNT [03:30 PM]: I can go both ways.

I agree, I to love nature, do my best to keep it clean .It's amazing how a few badly raised people can mess it up. :usa:

It's a shame that I have to take home more trash than I bring out, but apparently some peoples Mothers never taught them to clean up after themselves.  I even stop for pop-tops and bottle caps, so, thanks to all of you that do the same for ALL OF US!   :beerchug:

I always end up with a bed full of someone elses shotgun shells and beer cans when I go to the easy access (2WD) wheeling spots. I'm yet to pull out one of the many fridges, dryers, etc.
