« on: May 03, 2016, 06:33:56 AM »
I have whats left of my extra truck...and just need to find a home for some of the parts. It is missing the bench seat, fuel tank/lines, bed, bumpers and some HVAC parts.

R151f Trans/transfer case $750

22re long block $300

Turbo intake/exhaust, MAF, computer, harness $300

IFS Turbo rear end ( drum to drum) $175

IFS steering box/ pitman arm $100

IFS locking hubs $100/pair

IFS wheel hubs with bearings $75

Fenders $25 ea

Doors $30 ea

Rear leaf springs $50/pair

SR5 Turbo cluster $75

Will sell the remainder of the truck with everything above plus more for $1200

Parts are located in Redding, CA. Not too excited about shipping, so most stuff is pickup only.

Hey Jared, thanks for being straight with me through the whole deal... I find it's rare to deal with honest people, I really appreciate it!

What's left of this truck is now in San Jose and is currently being cannibalized by myself and a couple of friends... If anyone needs anything don't be shy, I'll sell all parts cheaper than originally posted. Whatever is left of the truck will be scrapped in a few weeks... Trans, t-case, rear 3rd and all door glass is gone...

It's brown with no turbo or t-case stickers. I'll post a pic this weekend when I have time. It's yours if you want it, you'd just need to cover shipping...

Hey OCD I'm doing a 5 speed swap on my 1st gen 4runner. If the shifter hole isn't cut out would you be willing to cut it out and ship to 61603?? Also shifter trim on interior?? Let me know. Thanks.

Small world... I've got family in Naperville and Rockford. I'm actually shocked that you've got a first gen runner back there that hasn't completely rusted out! I've had cars less than 10 years old back there with major rust throughout!

As for the floor of the turbo cab, yes it's still intact but may not work out for you for multiple reasons... I've got a local guy that supposedly wants the whole cab this weekend, if that falls through we can revisit your request. However, the factory shifter hole in the floor of a turbo pickup is setup for an R series transmission. Are you installing an R series? Other issue I have is I'm basically giving most of this truck away and am not really too excited about cutting & shipping. It really translates to time & more time I just don't have... If the deal falls through this weekend your welcome to come pick it up for the same price I offered it to the other guy...FREE!

One guy ahead of you in line for the booster. I'll post pics of it when I get back to the shop this weekend. If he doesn't want it, it's yours.

I wish you weren't so far away, or I would take the remainder.  My 87 cab is starting to show me issues.  :(  Rust!

Yeah installing an R series. If local guy doesn't take the cab let me know. I'll pay for shipping & your time for cutting it out. I don't want a nasty huge hole under my shift boots unless I absolutely have to. Yeah rust here is horrible. I drove down to Kentucky to pick up my latest runner. I lived in Lisle when I went to tech school so yeah small world for sure

This has to be a flagrant violation of some basic etiquette rules? You can't bring more parts to another man's parts giveaway...I would imagine that the rule book says something to the effect of you are now obligated to come pickup at least twice as much as you were attempting to drop off...

Well... Local guy was a no show, I still got the cab. If your not in a hurry I'll make this happen for you... I've got a lot going on over the next 6-8 weeks, if that's not an issue for you pm your email so we can figure out exactly where you would like it cut... You'll just need to cover shipping...

brake booster to 77435?

My apologies... Left a couple friends access to the truck while I was gone and its lost weight since I've last seen it...

Hi, I'm late to the party here; but do you still have the B-pillar emblems by chance? The little buggers that say "Toyota" and "turbo" on them. If so, would you ship them to Colorado 80908?
If not, my loss...  :(

Yep, those are still there. A little rough as they are 30 years old, but yours if you want them. Give me an address and I'll mail them out in a flat rate box, you can owe me a beer...
