diagnose my brake swap symptoms..

Im put in a brake booster from a Lexus onto my truck.. It has a dual diaphragm at 9.270 inches diameter and 1 1/16 master cylinder. I also have 2 residual valve 10 psi (rear)  & 2 psi (front). I upgraded the front rotors to the bigger V6 as well. I continue to pump my brakes to build up enough pressure to stop the truck. What am I doing wrong?

Might still have air in the system. Try and bleed them again.

you think the Lexus MC with ABS & rear disc brakes has anything to do with this? Since my rig has none of those.
