sloppy g58 tranny

my shifter is getting sloppy i have a 3in lift  is there a way to tighten it up , when i took the shifter out  there was not a bushing on the end  like on a w56  an its getting  kinda werid  it will hang in gear when shifting from reverse to 1 , it wont shift into 2 like its going back to reverse  unless i shut it down an move the shifter around done this a couple times on me

thats the problem, it should have the bushing and seat.
