Dual transfer case rotation??
« on: Sep 12, 2010, 06:20:42 PM »
I was wondering what had to be done to get a dual case setup rotated.  Someone told me that you needed a special crossmember to do it.  Is that correct?

no you must get the rotated transfer case adapter.

honestly, if you arent hardcore rock crawling you dont need the R10 version  (10* rotated)

driveline angle can get to steep just depends on your setup

the advantage is ground clearance. the disadvantage is greater front driveline angle, less cross members made correctly for the set up.

Exactly how much extra clearance are we talking about here, I can't imagine it being much and I've always wondered?
