So here is my situation. I was the lucky winner on pirate for a bunch of high angle driveline work. I have an 83 toyota (long wheel base) with my stock 22r/L52.
My plan had been to just go with 4.70s so i wouldnt have to spend money on drivelines, but now that i dont have to i am able to go with dual cases.
Question is since i have the oppurtunity to change my driveline i was thinking about going to one of the longier trannys. Which route should i go?
Is the R series worth it? If i get that trans do both cases have to be 23 spline? If that seems to far out which G or W should i get? Let me know all yalls thoughts. I can go any direction and want to do this only once. thanks.
