Trying to figureout what model weber carb i have on my truck, im not to carburator inclined. the tag on the carb says 74 2F CB A 297 1
When in doubt, throttle out!!!

It should be stamped into the base what the model # is.

most webers on stock or stockish 22r's are the 32/36dgv (it will be stamped on the base by the numbers you listed) but the other popular carb is the 38/28 synchronous  

you should be able to tell the two apart by looking at the throttle linkage, if you can move the linkage and only one barrel opens then its prob the 32/36 if you move it and both the barrels open at the same time, its prob the 38

again a pic may help, but

this is a pic of my 32/36 linkage, yours will be a bit different as mine is actually on my truck backwards....

yours wont have the copper pipe coming out the top either
