Need more info, what are your plans? Bigger tires, what size, going to rockcrawl it, mallcrawl, let us know and we can move you in the right direction.  FYI in the ring & pinion dept. it's 4:88 and 5:29, right now you probably are running 4:10.

4:88's would bring you back to almost stock and 5:29's would put you lower than stock on 33's. I'd go with the 4:88's since the 5:29's would kill your top end.

Even with the 5 speed, your rpm would be up there.

W/the 20r, you might opt for 5.29's.  A lot of people like the performance of the 5.29's w/33's and the 4cy.  It would also allow you to move up to 35's if/when you wanted to.  Check out these Calculators, you can plat around w/different gear sizes and get the mph or rpm's.  Marlin's site has Transmission Gearing Chart.  At 70mph, 4.88's and 33's= 2959 and 5.29's w/33's=3208, just at the beginning of the power band.  Right now w/4.10's and 33's you are at 2486 rpm's at 70.  Of course this is using the stated tires size of 33", and not the on vehicle height, so the rpm's could be a little higher, but still not that high.
