i had a leak that looked to be coming from the oil pan.so i took it into the shop to get to work on it. turns out the crank pulley ground in to the timing cover wearing a good sized hole. any one ever hear of something like this? when i put the new cover on and the pulley on its still has about 1/16 of an inch to go, but it will just do the same thing so i am at a loss on what to do?
