breaking problem in v6 4 runner

ok im posting this for a friend...he was out driving the other nite and his break pedal got stiff and his breaks locked up when he was driving....we changed the breaks the callipers and the master cylinder and when we got it all bled out and test drove it the first inch or so of the pedel the breaks wanted to lock up and then we were driving to the skate park today and the pedel got really hard again and he had to drive thew his breaks and when we were parked i had his runner in reverse with the break off and it would just stay there till you hit the gas hard enough for it to break loose and go....


my ? is what could this problem be could the booster have gone out too ..... im lost someone on here has to have the answer i need

take the bleeder valves off the calipers on the front  and clean them out real good with compressed air or brake cleaner.
make sure nothing is cloging the lines, make sure you have the calipers on right, the bleeder valve goes up :yesnod:

everything was clean and we sprayed out clean with air and the calipers are on right

doesnt sound like this is your problem but once when i bought a project truck some one didnt put a lock washer on the bottom bolt that holds the caliper on , on both sides and the bolt was to long then hitting the rotor.
