Bushwacker rear fender flares for 84-89 Toyota 4Runner
« on: Jan 22, 2006, 09:08:34 PM »
They are brand new in the box, still with the protective plastic on them.  They are black in color, ABS plastic, and can be painted.

Here are a couple of links selling the same exact flares

how much do you really get to cut in the rear.  I know that there is a very limited amount that you can cut so how useful would these be?

I've never installed a set before so I can't comment on how much to cut.  Just by looking at them, I don't think you cut any material.  If I had a street driven 4Runner, I'd put them on there in a heartbeat but I'm building a crawler so they would get rubbed by the tires too much.

I think the main purpose is to hide some rust   and get some flare on those rear fenders.

I honestly don't remember but if I had to take a guess, probably 3".
