I've been on this site numerous times and finally decided to sign up so that I can talk with others about all this toyota stuff. I have an '84 extra cab that's been coming along over the last two years and we've wheeled the snot out of it since. It's also driven daily to work so it's not super modified but still lotsa fun. So far I've locked up the front end, Lifted it 5 inches with 63" chevy springs out back and cutom hangers and double shackles. Hand built the front shock hoops and have rear shocks from a lifted chevy up front. We will be doing a IFS rear end swap this weekend and all the brake upgrades from a V6 unit including a u-bolt flip for the rear. Custom high output chevy alternator (130 amp)with custom brackets for install that came out quite nice, I must admit. Still waiting to do dual cases and x-over steering. not to mention gears and tires. Believe it or not all this and it still has stock gears and 31" all-terrains! Man this truck is fun!

Thanks! It was my way of getting rid of the extra primer and semi-gloss black paint. It doesn't look as good these days, need some touch ups. Most the paint has rubbed off at Hollister and is also a little more dented now since then. Nonetheless i still commute in it everyday to work!
