I have the RUF now, and the box is hitting the body mount now, do I cut some of the body mount and move the box up and to the left?
I will be buying Marlin 4" springs just don't have the $ right now.

My springs are 6" from NWOR. The reason your axle if more forward is due to your RUF. The center pin location pushes the axle forward some. I'm not sure how much. Other guys that have done this will probably chime in and tell you what the distance is.

to me it looks like one of your guys springs are backwards.       take look at your buckels,  or clamps on the springs..  the springs  have a forward and backwards  way of going on.     i think the plus symbol end is suposed to be forward.    :slap:
but i might be wrong.   good luck.

pull the box off and beat the body mount with a BFH,  you need to mount the box higher and ALL the way forward,  my box  rubbed the body mount till i abused the mount with a 4 pound baby sledge

When I did mine, I had to cut off the upper bumper mount on top of the frame. I also cut out the inner fender to make it easier. When its done you want the tie rod to be parrallel to the drag link.    :disturbed:

What will happen if the tie rod runs behind the drag link like sjyota has it in the pics now?

Heres mine... strange i didnt have to trim or cut anything, and with my 4" marlin springs i could move it forward far enough to align perfect with the tie rod...  maybe something to do with my custom drop hanger?

you dont have your box tilted back as much as mine is,  my lower bolts of the box are in the center of the frame, my steering shaft points to the hole in the firewall perfectly

So what would be to beat why to go here, move my box up and to the left, or add a drop haner? or both? :headscratch: Thxs

Drop hanger is irrelevant, and won't help unless your hanger mount pushes the spring back, which is counterproductive...

Man those rears move the axle up ALOT....

I would do what it takes to get that box forward (trim the body mount, rad support, frame brace, whatever) Its better to have it slightly forward than interfering with the TR while flexing...too far forward can be corrected with relocation plates or the likes if you upgrade to say, Marlins, or something down the road....

i dont know what mounting kit your running but every one thats posted looks the same? i just ahve a trail gear one and i actually cut some off of it and made everything fit legit before i welded it and i cut my core support out and shoved my box forwards probably 3 1/2 inches or more, my box it self is about and inch from the front hanger... and the only thing cut is the core support for the end of the box to hang out. What i would do is cut about and 1 1/2 off the front of that mounting plate and push it forwards because your steering hitting is not going to be fun.

I just installed my box this past weekend. I used Marlin's mount kit, but because my box was so far forward I had to trim about 3/4 of an inch off of the frame plate. I used one of the original steering box mount holes in the frame as a guide. I then rotated the box up some and marked the holes for drilling.
