Body Lift on an auto?

How hard will it be to install a body lift on an 86 runner with the automatic? Will i need to readjust the shifter linkages?  ???
Size doesn't matter... yet.

A good friend will bail you out, but your best friend will be sitting next to you saying "that was f---ing awesome."

There is a real good writeup on Roger Browns website that explains EVERYTHING you could ever want to know about bodylifts auto or stick.
