pinion angle issue?

i got a 4inch sas kit and a 3 inch body lift on my 91 pickup.. 85 axle w/ a v6 third (should of went with the high pinion third but i gotta run with what i got  :smack: )i know the dual case will help a lot which will be very soon.. what else can i do to get better  pinion angle????
91 std pick up,3.4 swap, R151w/doubled up 4.7 in the rear, twin sticks, FROR x member,Marlins 4"sas w/ a 85 SA, high pinion ARB, 30 spline longs,chevy rear w/ ARB's and sitting on 36 iroks w/ beadlock speciality wheels

Cut and rotate your knuckles.

rotate kuckles and cases and thats it?

If you rotate your knuckles, your pinion angles will be wherever you want it.

I don't even know if there's a place that will do it for you. Try searching around for instructions on here and Pirate. If you're not handy with a welding machine, you can shim to correct your pinion angle.

Have your alognment checked by a local shop.  Many shops will put your rig up on the rack and check what everything is set at for free.  Put shims under your springs to get the castor back in speck and that will help the pinion angle aw well.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

yea i heard the shim thing i dono ??? :dunno: pretty savy welder thats one thing i love to do

Takes time and measuring. After welding your pinion angle is once again set like it was before.

Figure out where the angle needs to be. Build a jig to hold your knuckles in the same place, cut them off, reweld and be done
