You might look into getting a universal harness from someone like Painless wiring or one of the other hot rod companies out there doing harnesses.  It would be easier than trying to piece together your own.

Ive seen that, thing is i want everything in switches, not just a fuse, if i roll i can flip a switch and fuel is off, igntion off etc etc, plus wiring from scratch il learn more and be able to find a bug if i need to!

This is what i got
Power from batt to push button-power from push button over to ignition switch.
Ignition switch to ignitor-ignition switch to fuel solonoid switch, then to fuel solonoid.

Power from alternator to big post on starter( same one the batt goes to) to charge

Anyone care to chime in or fix a flaw?

I would strongly recommend using fuses and relays. The factory uses them to prevent electrical fires. We should too.

USe the stock harness, and just strip away what you don't need!!

I should say i do have fuses in line, im running them between the switch and ignitor, switch and fuel soloniod. Both have 25 amp fuses. Were else should i install them?

Also stripping the stock old harness is just a birds nest. Easier to build a new one

It sounds like you know how you want it, you just need to figure out all the components you need then buy them, install them, and connect with wiring.

why not leave stock and just put in a master battery kill switch like on a drag car , then in an emergency situation you just have one switch to activate. check out the 12volt guy  he is in east bay area  norcal and has all kinds of trick stuff
it's not me, it's you

Just want it basic, no plugs and extra wires, sound picky but the less wires the less possible electrical issue. The stock harness is old and just has to many possible issues.

I would put a relay on your starter button for sure. Try to avoid running long lengths of wire that sends much amperage. When wires have to carry much amperage over long distance they heat up and melt the insulation, that is what causes the fire hazard. Anything with smaller loads should be fine with just a fuse though.

Give 12Volt guy a call.  He just might know exactly what you need.  He's the man on wiring.
