The biggest issue would be your pinion angles, too much of a change can cause vibration and u-joint stress, try to keep the pinion pointed straight at the rear of the trans to keep things in phase. I don't go for anymore than 1.5 lift in a shackle without further modifications. It will be even harder on the fronts over the rear since the shackle will not only push the angles down and away but will change the proper wheel alignment. Shims can correct this but is a bandaid at best.

Oh ok makes sence so I think stocks or on there now should I just go with stocks again cause I blew out my shocks in the rear and now my rear shackels are resting on the frame so I'm just assuming I need new ones

Did they reverse or are they straight back? The shocks whouldn't cause this. Bent springs may do this. If you get new shackles go for 1 1/2 inch of lift.

How long have you had the truck or the springs? If you've had the truck and the set up a long time and it is just now doing this then something is wrong.

Might be the springs are fatigued and are flattening, if the springs lose their arch they effectively become longer pushing the shackles back. This in turn will allow them to either flip or not rebound. I'd possibly consider consulting a spring shop before wasting money for nothing. They may need to be re-arched. If the springs are longer than stock this could be the reason, especially if they had to move the stock hanger locations.

most likely it could be a bit of both, your springs are probably pretty old and your shocks arent helping either if they are blown, i would do a little more research before just going out and buying shackles, seems like there could be something more wrong

Ya well I already have new shocks and new mounts my plan is to build this thing but my funds don't allow me to buy everything at once so most of the stuff will be replaced I just got to be able to drive it. But ya I'm looking further into it now

I've run without shocks never had an issue like this, but if they are toast then replace them anyways. Wasn't the best of ride without them, just a little bounce offroad,

Ya well last night I went and jacked up on the rear bumper and the truck popped right back up and it has no sag  and the springs look fine not saying nothings wrong but could it be possible I came off something a little hard and binded the shackels

sounds like you need some bump stops, your springs probably went pretty flat shoving that shackel back and making it bind up like that, having bump stops will prevent that and also will help prolong the life of your springs
