Help! 3rz swap in 87 Toyota pickup

Hey guys im completely new to this so ill be needing alot of help i am planning on swapping out my 22rte for a 3rzfe into my 87 2wd extra cab toyota pickup with r151 trans (daily driver) and i was wondering if anyone could give me a full list on the things i would need for this swap please and any info is appreciated.

If your keeping it 2wd, I think the 3RZ would be stupid overkill, vs the 22RTE.  Cause the 22RE in a 2wd is already a fun setup.
