The boggers are loud on the highway, they wear fast so I would not recommend them for a daily driver but they work well off road.  I do not use this as a daily driver.

I still have the IFS but I also have ARB's front and rear and it pulls me through everything so far with not problems.   It is a little hairy with some wheel lift, but it only adds to the adventure.   I have chevy's in the rear and they keep the rears in tacked with the ground.

At this point I have a 85 front axel and allpro springs ready to make the switch, but I am going to wait until I realy feel it is time to make the change.   This is family wheeler, my wife and kids go with me on 90% of the trips, it really is all about have a good time and that we do.

Marlin built me a new bumper because they didn't think the first one was good enough, most fab shops that I talked with pretty much expected me to make changes to the bumper on my own to make it fit right.  Not Marlin, they took a look at the bumper and imediately started making changes to make it better and the end result is the best of the best.

I have the parts, I am rebuilding the front axel and adding a ARB to it.  I am taking my time and it will probably be complete by June or July.

You can get the bumpers from Marlin, then have them powder coated the same color of your rig.

I really like the front bumper.  Nice to see it on a different vehicle and painted.

I'm not sure about the sliders though.  Seems like they should be mounted a couple of inches more inboard.   Maybe it's just the angle of the pic?  :headscratch:

the rock sliders are mounted farther out to stop rocks from hitting the doors/cab.

The body armor deffently works, normally I touch every thing up after a run but I took these pictures right after getting back from the cal4wd winter fun fest, touch ups had not taken place yet.

I know everyone wants to see the IFS removed but considering I ended up pulling rubicons while I had no problems, I am in no hurry to cut away yet.

It will get done though.  :flamer:

Very clean. Its about what I imagine mine will look like when Im done. I too am going to go with Marlins bumpers and rock guards. Difference will be, I did put a solid axle in front with Rancho 44044 springs, ( for the extra weight of the Chevy 4.3) Marlin springs in the rear which gave it a really good lift, and am going to do a bob on the bed.

I have a second camper shell I will cut up to use in the summer, It too will be painted to match the body. I was thinking of staying with the pretty red, but decided on a different color.

Really like your ride, I too purchased a 4 runner to take the family out. Im new to the sport, but know I want to share the fun with my wife and daughter.  :clap2: to you.
