No spark on that cyl, but the other have spark?

Have you moved the plugs around to see if the problem moves to a differant cyl? Try that with the wires too.

Did this start after changing the parts or before?

If it was before it could be a brain problem, but check the basics first.

If moving the parts around, as Willy Mammoth suggested doesn't change anything, do a pressure test on the cooling system. you may have a blown HG, wetting the spark plug.
It ain't worth doin' if you don't have to clean up afterwards!

Build it, break it, fix it, repeat until your wallet is empty.

Is there actually no spark coming through to the plug or does it just seem like it is not firing? It may be a lack of compression which could be a whole different issue, rings, seals, piston, head gasket, etc. etc. If the plug is getting wet enough to kill the spark you should be able to pull the plug and see it.

pull the plug and have someone else turn your truck over... you should be able to see spark coming from the spark plug... if so, then your getting spark and there is a problem with your compression, if not, there is something wrong with your line
