The mechanic I have pulling the old transmission said that unless the clutch is less than a year old, you're better off replacing it when you put in another transmission.
So I need to figure out which one I need. Currently I have a Centerforce Dual Friction in it and I love how I can abuse it at low speeds and it doesn't burn itself. Yeah, I know - supposed to be easy on our clutches and all - yada yada... off-roaders know the reality.

The question I have is - should I go for the 1600lb organic or one of the ceramic? I drive a lot of city traffic, unfortunately, so having it be tough but not punishing is important. What's the dual friction rated at? I know it's a lot tougher than the OEM 900lb - but how does it compare to the MC?
EDIT: I did some research and it seems as if what I really need is a heavier flywheel and a more normal clutch(since it's low rpms that I'm concerned with) How heavy is the MC flywheel compared to the stock one? So I guess the question then is 1200 or 1600lb? Longevity of the drivetrain is also important as well(read that the ceramics are harder on the bearings and such)
