Topic: FUEL PROBLEM

Hey just got a little problem and thought i would let the gods of toyotas give me so info. I have a 85 toy and its got a little of a fuel problem.... When i fill up it up pass half a tank, the gauge goes all the way up till you cant see the needle anymore. after going to work which is about 5-10 miles i start it up and it shows about half a tank. And today it was a little under a 1/4 and it ran out of gas. not a huge problem i guess, i could always keep it filled up, but i would rather fix it right..... So what do you think??
