gear clash r151
« on: Apr 02, 2007, 05:23:05 PM »
Hey guys,I was wondering if anyone here has had the same problem with gear clash when shifting into reverse gear. I think toyota somewhere along the line changed some clearance with the reverse gear shift fork or something. It could just be tight cause its a straight cut gear im thinking. My worn out beat up old w56 didnt do this. Thanks.  Mike

I'm not going to say its normal, but every R150 I've driven has done that as well.  Mine has done it since I've bought it (3-4 years, can't remember)  Never gets worse. :dunno:
