Quads are very dangerous. RIP

So is blow drying your hair next to a bath tube full of water with a wet floor.  Quads are no more dangerous then the person operating them.  I've rod my hole life and been banged up more then once, and it was operater error everytime.  I'm very sorry to here a fellow rider was killed, but I will still support my sport to the end.  End rant CJ

theres really  no way to know  just how the strap  got caught  in the tire,  or  how  it  managed  to  pull him under  :headshake:

i have seen some freak accidents  in my life,  you just never know when its your time

i saw a car crash one time, a small car  hit  a F250 pickup,   almost headon,  the car  was  so mangled  it was crazy,  no one could have got out of that,   but they  cut that kid out  and he stood up  and walked to the ambulance  with a broke arm  and some scratches from glass,  the woman in the F250  died  at the scene.   no apparent  wounds  but a inkpen  in her pocket  pushed thru her ribs  and collapsed her lung,  because the wound was "hidden"  by the seatbelt  nobody knew till it was too late

God  Bless  his family  and I hope that they  get thru this,

So we all agree that riding quads is dangerous, but, for some, the fun outweighs the risk.  :dunno:

This is why I choose to not blowdry my hair, it isn't fun.

Anytime someone gets killed it is tragic.

It's a very sad thing to hear a fellow wheeler died!  It hurts me to ask the question!  Why did he have the tow strap around his neck!  Just shows how we get in a hurry to do something, and we don't think it through!  It would have taken 1 minute longer to tie it off to the handlebars, or luggage rack!  I don't mean to offend anybody by saying that.  It really hurts me to think that he left behind 3 kids and a wife.

This is the very reason why I always go the extra mile when I do things!  I'll stop and look at things in a way to see, "how can this be dangerous!"  I have 3 kids and a wife.  I don't want to ruin their lives by being careless!

Miss ya Dean (4THEWKN) & Kyle (KYOTA)!!
