Dose any off you guys know where i can find a rebilt 3rz cylender head. also are 97-04 haeds the same.

I believe the Cal spec ones are. Try LC Engineering. If you have a non Cal spec it's hard to tell cause Toyota shows a few different part #'s '97 thru '00 are the same but the scematics get a little confusing after 2000
