ifs drive flange on sa

will the drive flange off of a newer ifs runner bolt right up to a solid axle and work properly  :help:

if its 30 spline then probably . ive never seen one off a runner after 95 so i couldnt tell ya if they changed things

i had the same ?  would the drive flange off my 86 4runner work on my 83 sa. and whats the best way to get it off. the indented part of the nut is what is confusing me

No- they won't work.  If you want drive flanges, you need the ones off of a FJ80 Landcruiser.  The IFS minitruck/4Runner flanges are 27 spline, the Solid axle minitruck/FJ80 flanges are 30 spline...  (I think the spline counts are right...either way, FJ80 flanges are the only ones that'll work on the straight axle trucks)
