8" Long Spline...

Purchased the 8" long slip shaft from Marlin, but it lacked a grease fitting. 

Anyone know what size said fitting is?  I drove the car to work instead of the truck, and need to run to Napa after work to buy this fitting; kind of hard with the gas prices plus without the truck... ???

I'm not sure of the exact size but I just went to AZ and bought the assortment of fittings and tried them until one worked. I don't think they were very much.

I ended up just taking the fitting off a spare shaft...bolted right on...

 :duh:
